The computer is in phenomenal shape. I’ve done a little bit of computer repair myself. I have an older Dell Latitude that I just upgraded and put in a new wireless card. Not hard at all. I also installed a brand new Linux operating system on the toshiba. I am in love with computers right now. I’m thinking about going to school just to repair computers. I own 7 computers. 4 out of the 7 are operational. I also have a computer that my sister has right now, but I believe that a virus ate up the hard drive. That computer was mine also. I would like to get that one restored also. My favorite is the Dell Latitude that I just installed the wireless card. Would installing a new hard drive speed up the toshiba. Thanx

You need to take three steps to speed up your computer:

1. Add RAM

2. Uninstall software’s that you do not use.

3. Select a good registry cleaner and PC optimizer from Intel Software Directory http://ibx.intel.com/directory/Default.aspx

I am sure these three steps will help you a lot.
