I found similar models at ‘Toshiba Direct.com site at USA.But they don’t sell/ship to Japan.Toshiba’s home site in Japan is only in Japanese & they deal with Japanese OS only. I wonder, since Toshiba is based in Japan, whether they have any assistace for my needs! Please help me to contact Toshiba with my needs! Some shops at Tokyo sell international models(with English OS). But, they are very old models!
When you guy it I would just buy a Japanese Laptop then when you get it select the language you would like

Or if you have an XP laptop you can change your regional setting to Japanese lanaguage and you can use the Input Method Editor.
That way you can use both english and japanese. To change your lanaguage setting you need to go Contol Panel, Date, time, lanaguage settings and choose regional settings and choose Japanes. The good thing about this is you can switch between En and Japanese back and forrth with shortcut keys.
